Know your Division
The department began as a center of excellence in research and higher education in chemical engineering to address the needs of a phenomenally growing chemical industry in post independence India. Today, we offer PhD and two masters programmes, which build on a strong base of advanced and diverse graduate courses and encourage students and researchers to undertake research that is challenging and intellectually stimulating.
